Markup Tool

When a commit is selected user can select any part of the Speckle Object and create markups with the MarkUp Tool. To open the MarkUp Tool user must press the “i” button of the selected object.
When the MarkUp Tool is opened user can choose how a note will be created by selecting the Voice to Text or the Keyboard button of the MarkUp panel.
