PrismArch’s fist review meeting took place virtually on January 20, 2022. The review covered the activities that were carried out during the first year of the project. All partners had the chance to present and discuss on the latest developments they had.
For the needs of the review, two outside experts assisted us:
- Paul Bernd Benoelken (University of Cologne, Chemnitz University of Technology, Fraunhofer IGD)
- Cettina Santagati (University of Catania, IEMEST –Istituto Euro Mediterraneo di Scienza e Tecnologia)
Diana Mjaschkova – Pascual, Project Officer of PrismArch, also attended the review meeting.
The overall outcomes and impact of the project were examined. Among the topics pointed out on was the degree to which the work plan has been carried out, deliverables that have been completed and whether the objectives are still relevant and provide scientific or industrial breakthrough potential. In addition, all management procedures and methods of the project, the overall planning and usage of resources in relation to the achieved progress were reviewed. The aggregated expected potential scientific, technological, economic, competitive and social impact were also discussed.
More news to follow soon during the second year of the project, where PrismArch pltform will be released, shifting the existing paradigm of design and workflow in AEC industry towards a collaborative environment for VR-aided design.
